Ivan Ergic and Zvone Vukic IN, NO 'Rambo' and Lukovic

National team coach of Serbia & Montenegro, Ilija Petkovic has revealed his 23 players which must bring their nation proud and glory during the World Cup this summer. A lot of names were expected, while there was little surpise to be noticed. With a lot of quality players, there will be always enough space for speculation who should have stayed out and who was suppose to get called up.

Ivan Ergic got his chance, no 'Serbo-Brasilian' samba
Last week there were already some speculation whether Ivan Ergic could be in or not. At this moment we can see that the midfielder from FC Basel is selected and will travel to Germany as a national team player. Some fans will be dissapointed about the fact that Dejan 'Rambo' Petkovic didn't revceive a call, but honestly that was expected looking back at the qualification games and friendlies.

Some in, some out..
Young and talented goal keeper Vladimir Stojkovic, who just signed at FC Nantes, will get some extra international experience with the trip to Germany.Furthermore we see no Ivica Kralj as one of the goal keepers, but Oliver Kovacevic who still is injured. The name of Aleksandar Lukovic is missing on the list of 23 names, while the name of Nedad Djordjevic is surprisingly in. Everybody will have their own opinion about this selection, put yours below in the comment box!
