Ancient Greek history ... a plan ... for kids around 13 ... 3 lessons ... 90 mm each one...

subjects:
historical-geographic context
"Helénico World" séc. V BC
Pólis
Atenas
Democracia - Solon, Péricles
Cidadão (Citizen)
Religion & Culture
the Olympic games
Mythology
Theater
Filosofia - Socrates
Art

i know, all iiin 90x3 O.o , not even Hercules! but we do have to do it ;)

So, what i'm asking (help) for is:
remember your 13, and tell me what was, among those, your favorite subject (Not Alexander please, in this leavel we do not talk about him, not much)...

i'm looking for a good "motivation" ... for a start O:-)

thanks

Just start with the Greek pantheon, the 12 gods and what they were representing.

You can associate them with the Battle of Troy later,by mentioning what God was allied to what part etc..

Or Maybe the Argonauts?;)

Just use events from the Greek mythology,as Tsunami suggested.

13 portugese boys/girls nowadays are i little bit childy (sorry for my english) if you Know what i meen?

I was thinking on...5/10mm dislogue beetween two GODS (don´t know yet, each one's i'll choose... Athena and ...). Their dialogue should be about Socrates death, just before his death. But i don't know! i'll have to think about it.

but thanks too you both...:chin:
