some guy at another site found this info so i'm sharing it with you guys to see how cool it looks. it's a competition of swiss german firms to build three towers as part of the center masterplan of tirana. it's being built right behind the main opera theater.

Yeah I also liked the first one. However, I don't think it fits with the Opera House. The latter is a typical communist structure which I think needs to be torn down and rebuilt in a modern form.
By the way Dardani, do you have any pics of the proposals for the new parliament building? I heard there's an international competition opened for its plan.Edhè hâna do t' a dijë,
